We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, will be responsible for: * Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU #39;s etc.) and water system assets, such as booster sets, chlorifiers, water heaters etc. * You #39;ll be expected to deliver to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects . * Keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. * You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately. * On time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work. * You #39;ll have the capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights. * Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota. * The ability to use a mobile device and good verbal and written communication skills. To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias role you must have: * Maintenance/Facilities Management environment, C G Level 3 or Level 5 NVQ or HNC equivalent. * Knowledge of Health Safety, Permit to Work procedures. * Safe systems of working. * A full UK driving license is required.
