Role Overview As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will work closely with the young people who we support to enrich their lives. Your responsibilities will include supporting young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out, engage our young people in tasks and activities, undertaking household tasks and complete relevant paperwork.
