Quantity Surveyor (No 2) -Refurbishment of Hotels, Gallery and Prime Residential GBP60,000 - GBP75,000 + Package Central London Permanent June 2024 A principle contractor leading the way with innovative solutions to structurally complex projects, are seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for some truly exciting projects. They have secured well over GBP150m worth of work including the award of high profile refurbishment projects within the super prime residential, listed hotels, and heritage arts sectors such as: bull; Knightsbridge, refurbishment of a GBP22m grade 2 listed, 6 apartments bull; Mayfair - refurbishment of an art gallery with super prime apartments above - GBP50m bull; Mayfair, refurbishment exclusive private members club, spa, swimming pool, - GBP50m GBP40m bull; Hyde Park Hotel, conversion into luxury property and apartments, GBP40m As the Quantity Surveyor you will assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure the financial success of one of these projects. This high-level opportunity will suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new and exciting challenge. The Key Attributes: bull; Strong and stable employment history with a Tier 1 or 2 principle contractor bull; Able to demonstrate successful financial delivery on refurbishment projects over GBP20m bull; Candidates who have experience on super prime or hotel refurbishments will be highly considered. bull; Proven experience of taking projects from start to completion. bull; Committed, driven with high energy levels. bull; Minimum 5 years post graduate experience. bull; Willing to commute daily into Central London. .
