They have secured well over GBP150m worth of work including the award of high profile refurbishment projects within the super prime residential, listed hotels, and heritage arts sectors such as: bull; Knightsbridge, refurbishment of a GBP22m grade 2 listed, 6 apartments bull; Mayfair - refurbishment of an art gallery with super prime apartments above - GBP50m bull; Mayfair, refurbishment exclusive private members club, spa, swimming pool, - GBP50m GBP40m bull; Hyde Park Hotel, conversion into luxury property and apartments, GBP40m As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially responsible for ensuring the financial success of the project. This high-level opportunity will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge. The Key Attributes: bull; Strong and stable employment history with a Tier 1 or 2 principle contractor bull; Able to demonstrate successful financial delivery on refurbishment projects over GBP50m bull; Candidates who have experience on super prime or hotel refurbishments will be highly considered. bull; Proven experience of taking projects from start to completion. bull; Committed, driven with high energy levels. bull; Minimum 15 years post graduate experience. bull; Willing to commuted daily into Central London. .
