The Role: Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will include: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and related systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical). Monitor equipment performance parameters, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to prevent breakdowns. Implement improvements to optimize equipment efficiency and prolong operating life. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot the source of the problem efficiently. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults using established procedures and tools. Minimize downtime and ensure timely restoration of production. The Candidate: To be successful in your application as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you must have the following skills or attributes: Must have a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical, or Mechanical engineering. Must have previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer. Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team.
