As a Service Coordinator within our ranks, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of the gas sector while advancing your own professional journey. Responsibilities middot; Conduct Service Co-ordination responsibilities for the service account sectors including but not limited to Chromatography, LGT, Emissions and Products. middot; Schedule activity for Service Engineers whilst considering the geographical location in order to enhance schedule utilisation. middot; Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure access to site is available and all necessary paperwork has been provided. middot; Ensure all required parts for the service/repair visits are available prior to booking in the works. middot; Undertake general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, answering phone lines, booking meetings or raising Purchase/Sales Orders middot; Prepare documentation for quotations and service contracts ensuring that all invoicing coincide with the Purchase Orders Requirements middot; Administrative Experience middot; Computer Literate Development Opportunities and Career Progression At Orbital we are deeply invested in fostering your professional growth.
