We are recruiting for a Project Monitoring Surveyor to join a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy based in London. Sustainability is at the heart of their operations, contributing to both environmental and social initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Review and appraise project costs. Analyse programme, procurement, and technical reports. Advise on project risks, risk transfer, and compliance with Funder/Bank security. Produce high-quality reports with clear opinions. Travel to various sites and occasionally work from other regional offices. Required Skills and Experience: A Chartered Surveyor with QS/BS background. Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude. Good understanding of development and construction processes. Ability to work flexibly within a team and independently when required.
