Project quantity surveyor

Our main contractor client is looking for Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This private housing project by the river requires an experienced QS who has experience building a project from the ground up. Earn up to GBP75,000. This contractor can also provide a generous travel package. As well as the other benefits of permanent role. The Project: Take on a scenic residential project by the river in East London. Contribute to the building this large scale private housing scheme. Immerse yourself in a residential RC Frame environment. About the Role: Join a dynamic team at a prestigious contracting firm. Play a crucial role in a large-scale refurbishment project. Utilize your 3+ years of experience in similar contracting environments. Leverage your strong IT, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure and work independently and collaboratively. Qualifications: BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years #39; experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Experience in RC Frame town centre developments, or related sectors.
