Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional customer service across all areas. Handling customer calls and email enquiries, resolving issues efficiently. Taking ownership of individual enquiries and requests using a ticketing system. Answering product queries, dealing with faulty items, booking deliveries and collections and applying promotions. Upholding the company #39;s reputation and instilling confidence in their products and services.Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or call centre environment. Solid work history Proficiency in using a ticketing system. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to both internal and external customer service excellence. Commercial awareness in decision-making and actions. High level of integrity and trust. Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.Job Details: Office-based position located in Eccles. After probation there will be some ability to work from home although the team genuinely love being in the office together! Full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week. Shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday Free office parking available. Competitive salary ranging from GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 per year. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional day earned per year up to 28 days.
