As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for first line customer queries, ensuring each customer receives a professional and friendly service. Client Details Our client is a not-for-profit business in Ardwick, Manchester and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join them on an on-going temporary basis! Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be: Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have Dealing with any customer complaints Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues Ad hoc duties as and when requiredProfile To be successful in this role: Is immediately available and can commit to a temp role in Ardwick, Manchester Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles To understand the customer #39;s requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
