Project mobilisation manager

Our Client area currently looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in securing new contracts and transitioning them seamlessly into operational delivery. In this role, you will be the bridge between winning bids and successful project execution. You will work closely with the bid team to understand contract details and develop a comprehensive mobilisation plan. Then, you will take the lead on implementing that plan, ensuring all actions are completed on time and within budget. You will be a perfect fit if you have: * Proven experience working with multi-site teams to deliver outstanding performance. * A knack for defining operational readiness requirements and post-go-live transition plans. * Project management expertise, including the ability to establish clear governance structures. * A strong understanding of the aviation industry and its regulations. * Working knowledge of key HR/people management aspects, including TUPE and onboarding processes. A bonus if you have: * Experience working in EASA or CAA approved environments. * Previous experience in defence or secure environments * A recognised change management or project management qualification. * The ability to acquire UK security clearance. * Fluency in English and another European language (not essential but ideal) Why work with Oaklands Global?
