Position: Recruitment Branch Manager - Education Sector Location: Hull Salary: GBP40,000 to GBP50,000 basic salary, experience dependant + uncapped commission (OTE GBP75k-GBP85k) Annual leave entitlements: 25 days + bank holidays Requirements: 2 years of recruitment experience (temp ideally) Job Description: As the Recruitment Branch Manager you will be joining an established branch with a reliable client base that you will be expected to grow and develop further. This role would suit an existing Branch Manager or a Senior Consultant/Team Leader, looking to take their first steps in to management. Overview We provide both long term and short term staffing solutions to local primary, secondary and SEN schools. You will be tasked with liaising with key stakeholders in the schools and developing business relationships, as well as recruiting teachers and teaching assistants to extend your grow your candidate pool. Main duties of our Recruitment Managers: All our managers are billing managers, so you will need to balance your personal target and that of the branch Mentoring the team and ensuring maximum performance Managing your own desk against gross profit and hours targets Responsible for all aspects of the branch performance and service delivery To recruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy Client attraction; canvassing, mailing and other sales led activities.
