Software Development Manager - Hull - GBP50,000 to GBP70,000 Principal IT are working exclusively with a company based in Hull that are recruiting for a Software Development Manager. Our client is currently on a mission to utilise technology and innovative thinking to bring a better, faster, and greener approach. Role Responsibilities: As the Software Development Manager, you will assist the Chief Technology Officer in the successful running of the group #39;s software development function. You will be responsible for the line management of the company #39;s in-house development resources. Experience Required: Great interpersonal skills with an ability to be able to articulate internally and externally verbally via email Conducting 1-2-1 #39;s and reviews for the Software Team Delivering product roadmaps for key projects Analytical Thinking, the job requires the ability to analyse information and the use of logic to address work-related issues and problems Experience with full stack web development.
