Housing Officer - Local Authority - Temp Contract 4+ months We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join a Local Authority based in Stoke on Trent on a contract basis for 4+ months. As a Housing Officer, you will provide efficient, effective and responsive housing management services within a designated work area, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with agreed policies and priorities of the council. Our ideal Housing Officer will have the following skills and experience: Posses detailed knowledge and understanding of Housing Management. Experience of visiting, interviewing and advising customers. Ability to prioritise own workload. Experience in delivering a quality customer service. Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
