You will be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and external organisations, ensuring a professional and courteous approach to all enquiries. #x1F4DE; #x1F511; Key Responsibilities: middot; Typing clinic letters and other patient documentation accurately and promptly middot; Preparing case notes for Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings and take action on outcomes middot; Maintaining accurate patient records on the Patient Administration System middot; Dealing with enquiries in a courteous and discreet manner, providing assistance and advice middot; Supporting the delivery of high-quality care and integration with clinical teams middot; Providing support to other areas of the department as directed by the Patient Services Manager middot; Providing assistance to the administration team by undertaking general administrative duties assigned by your line manager middot; Meeting and greeting visitors to the department in a friendly and empathetic but professional manner middot; Participating in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives middot; Dealing effectively and promptly with all telephone enquiries from key contacts including GP #39;s.
