As a Client Services Administrator you will be dealing with submissions to land registry. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every transaction runs smoothly and leaves a positive impression to all external stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with processing client applications through to completion Corresponding with clients and customers by phone and email Administrative duties including archiving, data entry, photcopying and filing Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries Work to and maintain Service Level Agreements Ensure compliance with company policy Other ad hoc duties as and when required PERSON SPECIFICATION: Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detial Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise Proficiency in Microsoft Packages Interested??
