My client is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents. We are seeking a senior plumber to join our dynamic team in Wirral. About the company My client offers care services and rehabilitation to individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injuries. Their care centre is based in Wirral, and they are looking for a general maintenance assistant to carry out reactive and planned maintenance on the estate. Responsibilities * Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems throughout the facility. * Performing repairs and troubleshooting issues with plumbing fixtures, pipes, and equipment. * Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply lines, drainage systems, and sewage systems. * Collaborating with other maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of plumbing-related issues. * Assisting in the planning and execution of plumbing-related projects and renovations. * Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: * Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of several years in a similar role. * Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. * Good communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
