SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Horsham, West Sussex Start Date: September 2024 Pay: GBP80 - GBP90 About the Role: Exciting opportunity for a full-time Teaching Assistant to start in September 2024 at secondary schools in Horsham. You will support KS3/4 students with special educational needs. Previous experience in SEN settings is preferred. Working hours are from 8:30am ndash; 3:30pm, term time only. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support for identified students in 1:1 and group settings. Offer detailed feedback on students rsquo; achievement, progress, and needs. Attend to students rsquo; personal needs when required. Foster inclusion and acceptance among all students. Prepare and maintain equipment/resources as directed by the teacher and assist students in their use. Accompany teaching staff and students on visits, trips, and off-site activities as needed.
