No prior teaching experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills for success. As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classes of approximately 30 students in the absence of the regular teacher. While you #39;ll cover a range of subjects, mastery of each is not expected. Lesson plans will be provided in advance, and your responsibilities will include facilitating learning, managing classroom behavior, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless handover to the absent teacher. Successful Cover Supervisors are characterized by their adaptability, motivation, and organisational prowess, coupled with a commitment to education and supporting young learners.
