Finance assistant

Finance Assistant Our client is a fast-paced printing and mail fulfilment firm based in Aldershot. They currently seek a part time Finance Assistant to join their busy team. The Finance Assistant will play a crucial role supporting internal Account Managers and Directors with various administrative/financial tasks and ensure the smooth operation of all financial processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts. * Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions. * Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. * Assisting with financial reporting and analysis. * Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Hours of work are 21 hours a week (3 days a week) across Monday to Friday. A salary of GBP14-GBP16 per hour is provided. For further information please apply below
