Junior it assistant

Our client in Aldershot is looking for a Junior IT Assistant. This is a great opportunity for either a graduate or an individual who has some previous personal or professional IT experience, looking to take that first step into their career. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience assisting with technical projects, so you must have a passion in technology! Your main position will be providing Group IT support, whilst also assisting in developing new systems. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate effective communication between internal users and IT support providers Aid in the set-up, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment Assist in managing user access for new employees, departures, and system modifications Organise data within ERP systems across the Group Monitor support tickets and communication channels Conduct necessary system maintenance and updates Offer technical support to staff group-wide Document, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software systems Oversee user information, permissions, security settings, and system groups Assist in developing the main reporting system Creating reports using data analytics and BI software Document technical processes and aid in implementing new digital workflowsKey Skills Needed: Experience with Excel Proficiency and well-adapted to technology Good organisational skills Results orientated Strong communication skills and teamworkIf you are looking to kick-start your technology career, please don rsquo;t hesitate to click lsquo;Apply rsquo; now!
