STS Group employs the best people, invests heavily in training and education ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety and governance are applied throughout the organisation. *This company is an equal opportunities employer* Roles and Responsibilities middot; Manage the implementation of the STS Quality Management System (QMS) on site by STS direct and subcontracted workforce and parties. middot; Develop and coordinate project specific quality plans. middot; Responsible for the implementation and execution of a consistent Construction Quality Audit program. middot; Develop and coordinate the Inspection and Test Plans from all contractors for all works packages. middot; Manage quality benchmarking, first of kinds etc, to ensure agreed and approved standards of workmanship before commencement of each work package. middot; Lead the project team in developing innovative approaches and solutions to enhance QA/QC attention and impact on the project. middot; Provide training to project personnel on the project rsquo;s QA/QC plan. middot; Liase with the client and maintain satisfactory relations between client and STS in matters relating to construction QA/QC. middot; Attendance at QA/QC relevant project meetings to ensure timely submission, approval, and implementation of the QMS and project turnover documentation. middot; Custodian of construction quality on site. middot; Provide expertise and guidance in relation to construction QA/QC for construction activities. middot; Implement systems and procedures in relation to construction quality. middot; Provision of training and expertise in relation to construction QA/QC. middot; Work with Construction Managers site QA/QC team to develop Continuous Improvement Programmes. middot; Maintain cross-site communication and experience sharing. middot; Maintain a working relationship with STS Group Quality Management. Team Leadership and Development: middot; Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating team members and holding them accountable for performance. middot; Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness. middot; Lead the delivery of a zero defect project target. middot; Ensure that all project personnel have received the appropriate training to deliver an exceptionally high-quality project. Essential Criteria: middot; Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of delivering large, high-quality construction projects. middot; Excellent communication and leadership skills. middot; Proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver exceptional results on similar projects. middot; Hold qualifications in QA/QC or equivalent disciplines, or demonstrable equivalent experience. middot; Strong strategic planning and tactical execution abilities. middot; Experience working as part of cross-functional project teams at all levels. middot; Proficiency in relevant IT tools and systems
