Customer Service Coordinator Outstanding Culture Location Hereford Salary GBP24,800 We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team within our client located in Hereford. This is an exciting opportunity where you #39;ll work as part of an engaged and motivated team, for a company committed to reward and recognition for a job well done. The Customer Service Coordinator must have the ability to prioritise, work methodically, use own initiative, and work calmly under pressure. An excellent, confident telephone manner together with the ability to proactively build positive customer relationships is a pre-requisite for the role. Daily Duties Overview bull; 60% telephone answering and 40% administrative tasks. bull; Provide accurate customer information on product availability, lead times, and pricing. bull; Process customer orders bull; Monitor and check orders daily bull; Arrange collections and raise credit notes for returned goods. bull; Investigate and resolve customer issues.
