The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote their services, generate leads, attract new patients, and increase revenue. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. - Identify target markets and segments, and devise targeted marketing campaigns to reach prospective patients. - Manage team of Sales / patient advisors - Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to generate referrals. - Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising materials to support sales and marketing initiatives. - Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies. - Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. **Requirements:** - Qualifications or excellent and proven experience (alternatively) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, MUST be within Private healthcare industry to be considered. - Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles, including HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
