Job description:
We rsquo;ve built a reputation as a trusted developer, first-class JV partner and business full of decent people who want the best for London and Londoners. We rsquo;re all about Pursuing Better, Differently, and we want a high energy Marketing Manager to take the lead in bringing a number of new residential schemes to market. We rsquo;re a high performance culture and in this role high performance means being the open, energetic, unflappable driving force behind two or three of our London residential schemes - taking full ownership of the branding, collateral, campaigns and launch events. We rsquo;re continually evolving our brand as we build trust and drive a sales premium for our partners, and unlike a PLC business there rsquo;s no corporate function lsquo;above rsquo; us, meaning you rsquo;ll have great autonomy and the ability to make impact on that as well as your schemes. As well as the big picture direction on the marketing of the schemes and working across stakeholders, agents and suppliers you rsquo;ll be rolling your sleeves up organising events ranging from small dinners to big exhibitions, getting everything shipshape for campaigns and working with technical and delivery teams to get under the skin of the product and shape the proposition You rsquo;ll need to have previously successfully launched an off-plan, multi-phase apartment scheme , run events and have experience with budget reporting/tracking. A zest for learning is mandatory - we rsquo;ve got an unusual culture of continual improvement, where we don rsquo;t rinse and repeat. Being a team player who loves to build relationships is also key ndash; this isn rsquo;t a job for a lone wolf. The team is a competitive, driven bunch who like ripping up the rule book of property marketing to drive results - we rsquo;re proud of doing innovative stuff like having a customer-facing showroom in our offices at Barbican and we rsquo;re pioneering new Extended Reality tech in there. It rsquo;s not predictable property marketing, and all that rsquo;s certain is that the role will keep evolving, changing and moving with the times ndash; the business is growing, the activity levels are rising and the bar is set high. A cornerstone of our culture is getting better - to do this, you rsquo;ll be expected to give and get feedback from day one. We think candour and openness is the fastest way to learn and to build trust ndash; we hate unnecessary hierarchy and ldquo;my way or the highway rdquo; has no place here MOUNT ANVIL What we do: We rsquo;ve worked in partnership for 30 years to create outstanding places in London. We rsquo;re growing, with our construction turnover doubling, and with a pipeline of new projects where we rsquo;re raring to get started and make a difference. Why we rsquo;re here: We rsquo;re here to pursue better, differently. Better: One of The Sunday Times rsquo; ldquo;100 Best Small Companies to Work For rdquo; for over a decade, winner of multiple Pride In The Job and WhatHouse awards for our people and the quality of our homes, and proud to have the nation rsquo;s best site in our ranks (winning the highest possible marks across the Considerate Constructors Scheme rsquo;s five areas ndash; the first site ever to do so in 22 years of the CCS). Differently: Our culture is unusual. Different means more transparent with information. More direct with feedback that helps us all grow. More rigorous about setting goals, then giving more freedom to go and achieve them. It rsquo;s definitely not for everyone. We don rsquo;t hire know-it-alls, we hire ldquo;learn-it-alls rdquo;. As our CEO, Killian, says: ldquo; We work hard to find people who thrive on context and responsibility, rather than rules and procedures. We then work like owner managers, not a leader and a load of helpers. rdquo; Benefits: Private medical insurance for you and your family through Vitality (including discounts on spa breaks, cinema tickets and your food shopping, free Starbucks, 50% off Virgin Active Membership and more). Income Protection Insurance to help you cope financially if you rsquo;re unable to work due to illness or injury, Life Assurance equivalent to four times your salary, your annual leave Bank Holidays and enhanced maternity and paternity leave. * We think the best benefit of being here is the learning culture and the ability to make a real difference ndash; we dislike hierarchy and politics, and ldquo;not my job rdquo; isn rsquo;t in our vernacular. Which means if you really care about raising the bar and really want to feel connected to the end product, as opposed to like a cog in a big machine, this could be the place for you to grow your career
