Job Duties: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the examination process Maintain accurate records using Management Information Systems (MIS) Ensure compliance with regulations related to exams, child protection, and data protection Provide administrative support to the exams department Education: Minimum of A-levels or equivalent Experience: Prior experience working in an educational setting Experience with managing exams and MIS systems Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures Proficient in data protection laws and regulations Excellent administrative skills Preferred Qualifications: Further education in a related field Additional training in exams administration Working Conditions: Excellent professional development opportunities Office-based role within an educational institution Temp to Perm contract, should you excel within this role Full-time hours, temporary contract A supportive, creative, and enthusiastic team Occasional requirement to work flexible hours during exam periods
