Accounts manager

Due to business growth, we currently have a new opportunity for an Accounts Manager to join our Business Services team. As Accounts Manager, you #39;ll be a pivotal player in delivering exceptional client service that aligns with our high standards. Your role will encompass managing a portfolio of 4-1 grade clients on behalf of our partners, whilst managing a small team, ensuring their professional development. About the role: * Oversee a portfolio of clients, including reviewing draft financial statements, ensuring timely filing of year-end financial statements, and tax returns (both Corporate and Personal). * Elevate portfolio performance by aligning with department KPIs, driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery. * Assist in the development of team members, providing guidance and feedback to associates during training. * Manage and motivate junior team members across different experience levels, maintaining high work standards and helping them develop through regular appraisals. * Actively champion diversity and equality within our teams, ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment.
