Assisting teaching staff in implementing education plans and behavioural interventions. Facilitating classroom activities and supporting students in their learning journey. Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative and supportive environment.Qualifications SEN Teaching Assistant: Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with special needs preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
