Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. General classroom support or one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), fostering their academic and personal development. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborate with teaching staff and SENCOs.Requirements: A recent graduate by September 2024. Experience working with young people and/or SEN is advantageous, but not essential. Passionate and motivated individuals who are committed to making a positive impact. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues. Full UK Right to Work. DBS on the update service, or willing to get one.Benefits: Competitive salary, with rates ranging from GBP85 to GBP95 per day. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM.
