What is needed as a Sales Development Manager: Previous experience of sales or similar within the Motor Trade. Experienced in dealing with warranty products and service plans. A good understanding of client and relationship building. Able to develop, grow and drive the business and revenue forward. Can create and implement a strategy of continuous growth across dealer networks. Able to translate the clients ldquo;Trusted Partner rdquo; vision into all new clients. Can confidently present and deliver the clients products range to new customers. Experienced with meeting KPI rsquo;s and targets. Able to manage both client and stakeholder expectations based on business need and organisational priorities.
