Key Responsibilities: * Provide strong, hands-on leadership to a diverse team, ensuring a positive work environment and fostering professional growth. * Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, financial performance, and compliance with industry regulations. * Maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and leaves with a memorable experience. * Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence. * Act as an ambassador for Forgan #39;s, building and nurturing relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and patrons.
