Group Finance Manager | 4 Days in the office | GBP60k + Bonus | Central London Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: GBP60,000 per annum Benefits: Bonus The role: IN2 Consult are representing a client within Central London who are looking for a Group Finance Manager who is keen to lead and mentor a finance team of 3 and support the Head of Financial Reporting Control. This role is the perfect move for someone who is motivated to work in an office based position but will get the chance to make the function their own, review monthly reports and month end process whilst partnering with the FP A team on the more commercial duties. This role has fantastic progression routes and you will be a part of a growing, market leading, VC backed business that is making further acquisitions this year. Main Responsibilities: Take ownership and review the month end close and process Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures Support the FP A team with the budgeting and forecasting whilst improving internal controls Assist with financial compliance Lead the year end audit Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders Education / Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Proven experience in a similar finance management role Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Group Finance Manager | 4 Days in the office | GBP60k + Bonus | Central London
