Customer service executive

Responsibilities will include working closely with customers to ensure all of their requirements are met, this will consist of speaking over the phone and via e-mail, ensuring payments are made correctly, ensuring all administration is up to date and being responsible for any post-sales follow up. You will look to troubleshoot errors and correct them in a timely fashion as well as preparation and quality checking payment information and invoices. To be considered for the role you will have experience of working within a customer services environment ideally within some form of scientific sales but this is not mandatory. You should have a professional and effective telephone manner, be highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you should be able to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously and have the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally. You should be driven and ambitious with a keen passion for working with others.
