They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new business, maximising sustainable short: and long:term sales, boosting profitability and increasing brand awareness within the Education sector. Responsibilities include: * Developing and executing a Sales Strategy to win new business across Education channels. * Qualitative selection and development of customers. * Feedback of customer opportunities and competitor threats. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision:makers and stakeholders. * Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. * Negotiate contracts and close deals. * Meet and exceed targets. The Ideal Business Development Manager Candidate: * The candidate must have a proven sales experience within the Education sector. * Be a hungry driven salesperson who thrives on winning new business. * Must have strong negotiation skills and be able to demonstrate delivering multi:million:pound results. * Must have experience influencing and negotiating with all level stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships. * Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
