As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring a consistent, high-quality care provision for all young people in the home. Upholding and maintaining registration standards and adhering to all relevant legislation and quality standards. Managing the home #39;s occupancy targets and maintaining an active waiting list. Leading a team of staff and promoting a positive working environment. Managing and operating budgets within the agreed guidelines for the home. Assisting with the planning and organisation of staffing rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained. Experience in leading and managing a team of staff. Knowledge of current relevant legislation and guidelines. Experience in assessing children #39;s referrals and liaising with social work teams. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
