You will work closely with busienss Directors and will deliver CRM projects that will drive loyalty and spend from the existing customer base. Key Areas:- * Lifecycle Marketing * Rewards Programme * Strong data-driven, cross-channel experience * Experience of integrated multi-channel digital communications strategies * Maximising commercial opportunities cost reductions * Experience in a brand / ecommerce environment B2B B2C Job Responsibilities * Reviewing the customer loyalty scheme and update it to drive demonstrable value to the business and all customer segments * Working with the loyalty and CRM partner you will manage customer journeys to create, maintain and grow customer database * management and ongoing reporting and optimisation of key lifecycle journeys, include onboarding and lapsing journeys as well as upsell, cross sell and reordering * Customer segmentation ndash; Leading the communications strategy * Promotional Strategy ndash; Managing our mix of site-wide sales * Customer Rewards Programme Marketing lifecycles * Working collaboratively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximise the outcomes of the performance channels. * Manage develop data- insights and have the experience of managing a sizeable media budgets / marketing plans * Achieve all agreed client KPI rsquo;s targets and all financial targets agreed for the nominated accounts. * The Account Manager has a responsibility at all times to identify, develop and deliver added value and innovation from the accounts that they manage * Manage the client review process for the nominated client. * define and implement service management processes and measures Person Specification Sector: Media, Digital, Communications Design Degree level marketing qualification experience in a brand / ecommerce environment High attention to detail marketing budget planning Essential
