Sales customer service administrator

Sales/Customer Service Administrator - Bury St Edmunds - GBP25-GBP28k (DOE) We are currently seeking a Sales/Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our Bury St Edmunds based client. This role is perfect for a customer orientated individual, that is looking to be a part of a growing organisation with development opportunities available! Salary: GBP25-28k (Depending on experience) + company bonus Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30am -17:00pm, 08:30am-16:30pm Friday Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays Role responsibilities: Provide assistance over the phone and over live chat to the companies customers, helping them navigate the website and advising them on products. Learning the companies products to ensure you are advising customers as best you can. Field incoming calls, distributing them to the correct member of the team. Research opportunities and leads in the market, forwarding them on to the Sales team to increase efficiency. Administration duties including logging calls and updating customer information. If you desire there would be opportunity to progress to get involved in outbound Sales!What are we looking for? Previous experience in telephone customer service roles. Team Player that is able to assist multiple members of the department. Enthusiastic and positive approach to work. Strong organisational skills with brilliant attention to detail. High level of confidence in using different software packages.
