Luxury Sales Executive GBP22,300 - GBP40,000 (OTE) BCR/JH/11090 Leamington Spa Bell Cornwall #39;s client is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join their client #39;s team in Leamington Spa. This is a unique opportunity to work with a luxury art company, building long-term client relationships and helping clients discover and enjoy exceptional artwork. Key Duties Provide exceptional service to both loyal and new clients. Sell exciting artwork through the gallery, phone, and email. Meet or exceed individual and gallery sales targets. Build lasting relationships and nurture a love for art in clients. Identify business opportunities through local business connections. Support gallery events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Key Criteria Proven experience in achieving sales targets 1-2-1 luxury sales experience Strong motivation to meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication skills, both in-person and via phone. Confidence, a presentable appearance, and dedication to exceptional customer service. Enthusiastic personality with a knack for client engagement. A valid driving license is desirable for potential home consultations. Ability to handle moderate physical tasks daily. Remuneration Benefits Uncapped commission structure with an excellent bonus.
