My client, an independent accountancy practice in Scotland is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their FP division. Financial Planning division, which covers a wide range of planning advice, every day presents fresh challenges and opportunities. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you #39;ll become an integral part of our experienced team, providing crucial support to advisers and paraplanners throughout the client #39;s planning process. Client Accounts Management - Documentation and Compliance - Client Communication - Management of Data and Reports- Internal team collaboration A successful individual will possess; Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry. Proficient in using financial planning software and Intelligent Office. Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance standards. Excellent relationship builder Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A relevant certification such as a Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning
