M E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: bull; Conduct cost estimates and prepare budgets for M E projects, considering materials, labour, and overhead costs. bull; Collaborate with project teams to monitor and control project costs, providing regular updates and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities. bull; Prepare and evaluate variations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of cost reports to clients. bull; Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and manage ongoing relationships. bull; Provide support in the preparation of tender documentation and participate in bid evaluations. bull; Assist in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders. bull; Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential variations to the contract. M E Quantity Surveyor Qualifications: bull; Bachelor #39;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. bull; Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Mechanical and Electrical sector. bull; Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles. bull; Proficient in relevant software tools bull; Effective communication and negotiation skills
