Teaching Assistant | Location - Coventry, CV2 | Day Rate - GBP90 - GBP105 per day | Start Date - May 2024 Start Supportive SLT | Good Transport Links | Development Support | Permanent Opportunity LTF Recruitment are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support students in a welcoming secondary school located in the Coventry, CV2 area. The successful candidate will join a supportive and successful school, taking a positive approach to supporting students with a passion for helping them to reach their full potential. Role Responsibilities: Offer individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Effectively communicate and collaborate with students, staff and parents to build a supportive network Collaborate closely with teachers to understand the students learning styles, strengths and challenges of individual students Develop positive relationships with students, guiding them in adhering to school rules and expectationsPerson Specification: A relevant qualification or degree is desirable Experience of working within an education setting or similar Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse learning needs, adapt learning and provide tailored support Have a passion for education and fostering a positive learning experience for all students An Enhanced DBS and two references are a requirement for this roleIf you feel you would be the right fit for this role, then please apply through submitting your CV.
