Recruitment Consultant Location: Birmingham - Fully Office Based Salary GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 per annum. Performance based monthly and quarterly commission. With a presence across various UK locations, they proudly serve a diverse clientele, including market-leading contractors and regional, national, and multinational blue-chip companies. In this 360 Recruitment Consultant role, your responsibilities encompass guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process while also maintaining ongoing communication with the client. This involves tasks such as drafting job adverts, conducting candidate screenings, shortlisting suitable individuals, and obtaining post-interview feedback. Roles and Responsibilities Actively seek new business opportunities and cater to the needs of both new and existing clients. Regularly visit clients to nurture relationships and ensure their satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and loyalty. Source and nurture a diverse pool of candidates, responding promptly to client requirements. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from crafting job adverts to post-interview follow-up. Stay updated on industry trends and upcoming projects to provide top-notch service to clients and candidates. Your Experience and Skills Recruitment experience, preferably in construction Proven track record in sales and business development. Demonstrates a positive, resilient, and proactive approach. Possesses strong organisational skills, thrives under pressure, and excels in prioritising tasks effectively. Desire to to hit regular KPIs and targets each month. Exhibits excellent communication abilities, adept at initiating and nurturing relationships. Holding a driving license is beneficial as the role may require attendance at site visits and client meetings. What You Will Get: Access to top-notch training programme.
