Negotiating offers and contract terms for successful candidates. Hitting weekly targets and KPI #39;s by carrying out the sales process. Sourcing new candidates from linked-in, social media and other platforms utilising the latest technology and high-profile job boards. Search and identity new job leads. Identify new candidate and client opportunities. #x1F3AF;Requirements: #x1F3AF; Previous experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the office sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships. Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities. A proactive and results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting targets.
