For this position you will need have a great track record In Residential Property Management and a decent knowledge of the legislation, notices and processes involved in lettings. You will be a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants, contractors and colleagues; show empathy and understanding and you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure. Good time management skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise and be thoroughly organised. You rsquo;ll be great on the have superb attention to detail and be a confident and unflappable individual. Car owner and previous experience essential!
