Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Provide leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement. Manage budgets, resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners. Requirements: Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursing home setting is essential. While an RGN qualification is not necessary, candidates must have substantial experience managing a nursing home. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
