Group sales coordinator

Guildford GBP23,795-GBP28,000 Full-Time Permanent Our client is seeking someone who comes from either a Removals background, or a strong Sales background. You will grow and secure profitable work for the organisation through various telephone, online, and direct enquiries and to finding specific opportunities from abroad. Key Responsibilities as a Group Sales Move Coordinator: * Organise and run all sales opportunities that are assigned to the Sales Executive and to place the Company in the best position to secure the opportunity. * Achieve the product/service mix pricing and margins according to agreed aims, liaising with Senior Manager. * To ensure that on all opportunities, the Company is paid in accordance with the agreed contract. * To handle with the numerous accounts on a day-to-day basis that need to be dealt with and to elevate to the Group Domestic General Manager if required. * File case managing, supporting with the day-to-day control with individual files. * To sustain good working relationships with all sales opportunities and customers. * To communicate, liaise and negotiate internal and external using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. * To join training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills * The administering of invoices and payments through in-house database. * Keeping Duties relevant to the smooth running of the Department, adhere to the Health Safety Policy and other requirements relating to care of equivalent. * Guarantee compliance with oneself with defined Quality Systems, Policies Procedures pertinent to the various ISO qualifications. * Any other duties that may be requested by Management. Key Requirements: * Removals or sales background desirable. * Highly organised. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Customer service skills. * Numeracy skills.
