Sales administrator

Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client that is continuing growing, has an exciting brand, based near Guildford in luscious offices in a stunning location. There looking to recruit for a Sales Administrator who is looking for a career in a reputable company. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Act as a sales and support contact for designated key account customers * Respond to calls, incoming emails and ensure queries and orders are dealt with promptly and professionally inputting orders * Complete credit/collection requests and consult with the relevant department * Manage customer sales history and update their purchases preferences as required * Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers * Complete monthly sales reports * Communicate important feedback from customer to Key Account Manager KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS EXPERIENCE: * Experience of working in a similar support role * Excellent communication and listening skills. * Excellent customer service skills * A polite and friendly manner BENEFITS: 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays Westfield Health cash Life Assurance Staff Referral Scheme Free onsite parking Cycle to work scheme Employee discount Life insurance
