With an infrastructure that reaches across the globe, they are truly an international player, involved in the production, procurement, shipping, distribution, and marketing of fresh produce. As part of the business #39;s growth, they are looking to strengthen their operational teams by recruiting talented graduates who are looking to develop their career in to operations management. As an Operations Management Graduate you will be joining the business on an 18-month training plan developing your people skills, your organisational skills and your problem solving skills with the aim of becoming a key member of the site production team. The training programme includes time spent in various departments including quality assessment, planning, production management, sales and logistics. There will also be opportunity for head office visits and potentially some international travel. We are looking for confident individuals who are comfortable working within a fast paced environment, people who have the natural ability to lead, have excellent communication skills and the ability to foresee problems and their solutions both short and long term. As it is an international business with several sites across the UK the training programme will require you to relocate as part of your training as this will be split across several locations including; Scotland, Hampshire, Somerset, Warwickshire and Yorkshire.
