Pertemps currently have an exciting opportunity available, for a Recruitment Administrator to join our highly reputable clients very busy Sales Operations department. As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help support Head Office and Stores. No day is the same ndash; typical duties include: bull; Assisting with recruitment for new store openings. bull; Job advertisement bull; Assisting with HR enquires from Head Office and store staff bull; Operational Support for stores and head office departments bull; Providing 1st line support for store retail queries bull; Assisting with employee travel requirements bull; Creating and administrating users on in-house systems bull; Creation and administration of staff discount cards bull; Creation and administration of training documents bull; Creating and communicating various reports bull; General administrator duties Knowledge and Skills: bull; A background within Administration or Recruitment/resourcing bull; Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask bull; Can work to deadlines and to manage competing demands from various stakeholders. bull; Have the ability build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders. bull; Excellent IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, based in Derriford, UK.
