Accounts assistant

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the finance function, whilst ensuring accurate records are kept. You will be someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on attitude, who is a team player and always proactively suggests areas for change within the department. Responsibilities: - Processing Purchase Sales Invoices -Statement Reconciliations -Credit Control (Minimal) -Bank Reconciliations, including client accounts (experience with this advantageous) -Prepayments Accruals -Fixed Asset Register -Credit Card Statement Processing -Debtors Creditors Monitoring -Accurate record keeping up to TB Level -Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of the Management Accounts -Sales - Cost Reconciliations -Assist with some nominal HR tasks, such as record keeping filing up to date and accurate records -Preparing Weekly Payment Runs The role is office based, progression and study support is available for the right person
